Terms & Conditions for Acson Malaysia
Review & Win Campaign

 

GENERAL

    1. 1. The Review & Win Campaign ("the Campaign") is organized by Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd ("the Organiser").
    2. 2. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and stop the campaign without any prior notice.
    3. 3. By participating in this Campaign, Eligible Participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from and against any law suits, claims, losses, damages and expenses, including legal fees that may be arise from or in connection with the Campaign.
    4. 4. The Organiser's decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained. Please read the Terms & Conditions before participating.
    5. 5. By participating in this Campaign, Participants agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, and grant the Organiser and their partner companies the use of data collected through the Campaign, likeness, biographical data and statements for purposes, including, without limitation, advertising, trade, or promotion, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    6. 6. In the event of any inconsistency between the Terms and Conditions and any advertising of the Campaign, publicity and other materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
    7. 7. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

CAMPAIGN PERIOD & ELIGIBILITY

    1. 9. Campaign period from 15 May 2024 and ends on 15 June 2024, 23.59pm.
    2. 10. The campaign is open to every customer that purchased AcsonMan Premier+ Cleaning Service via Acson Online Store or MY Acson APP. ("Eligible Participant").
    3. 11. Customers who purchased other Acson Products & Repair Service are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.

 

PARTICIPATION METHOD

    1. 12. To participate, Eligible Participants have to write review of AcsonMan Premier+ Cleaning Service in Acson Online Store / Acson Official Facebook Page / Acson Malaysia Google Review. Following by screenshot the review and must submit the screenshot to the provided Google Form (https://forms.gle/tRvUWizqgNaTxqAE6)
      i) A customer that purchased AcsonMan Premier+ Cleaning Services with provided a purchase history together with order ID (Acson Online Store) or service ticket number (MY Acson APP).
      ii) The length of each review shall not less than 10 words and set public for viewing.
      iii) Only the first 80 users will receive the reward while stock lasts.
      iv) Only ONE (1) review will be accepted per Participant with unique order id during the Campaign period and edited reviews will not be accepted. Multiple entries from same Participant will be automatically disqualified.
    2. 13. Each Participant is only eligible to receive ONE (1) prize during the Campaign period.
    3. 14. Review received after the Campaign period are invalid.
    4. 15. Review that are not genuine or duplicated submissions will not be entertained.
    5. 16. Failure to provide complete and accurate information requested by the Organiser will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes.

 

PRIZES

  1. 17. Prizes to be won are as follow:
  • - RM3 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit (Comment with words only)
  • - RM5 Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit + RM5 Acson Service Voucher (Comment with words and photo or video)
  1. 18. The prizes are not exchangeable and/or transferable, or redeemable for cash. No substitutions for prize except by the Organiser, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
  2. 19. The prizes will be distributed before 31st of July 2024.
  3. 20. The Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit will be credited directly to the contact number you have provided in the Google Form. Please make sure you have provided the correct contact number, wrong contact number or contact number that is not tied with Touch 'n Go will consider disqualified.
  4. 21. The Acson Service Voucher will be distributed via email address that you have provided in the Google Form. Please make sure you have provided the correct email address, wrong email address will consider disqualified.
  5. 22. The Acson Service Voucher is ONLY APPLICABLE on AcsonMan Premier+ Cleaning Service and the Acson Service Voucher will be expired on 31st of October 2024.
