Shipping & Installation

We ensure a smooth delivery and installation process for all our products. Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully ship the item to your designated address. For products that require installation, our experts will arrange the schedule and carry out the installation, ensuring the product is running efficiently.

Shipping

Lifestyle Products:

  1. Your order is shipped directly from our warehouse to you through the appointed courier service that provides the safest shipping to reach you.
  2. Once your parcel is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email containing a designated tracking number.

For Moveo & Freezer:
The unit will be delivered by Acson transporter. The driver will contact you before delivery.

Air-Conditioner:

  1. With installation: Upon your purchase, our service team will contact you to schedule and confirm the installation date. The air conditioning unit will be delivered and installed by an Acson Authorized Installer.
  2. Without installation: The air conditioning unit will be delivered by Acson transporter. The driver will contact you before delivery.

Standard Acson Transporter delivery:
Klang Valley: 2 to 3 working days
Outstation areas : 3 to 4 working days
Remote area: dedicated days per week only

Installation

  1. Installation and commissioning of indoor and outdoor unit air conditioners with standard accessories.
  2. Standard Air Conditioners Installation comes with:
    1. Installation of Indoor Unit
    2. Installation of Outdoor unit with bracket
    3. Up to 10ft copper piping with 3/8” insulation for inverter & non-inverter
    4. Up to 10ft PVC drainage piping (1/2” pipe)
  3. The above installation charges are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation areas that are accessible.
  4. The above standard installation does not include the job as below:
    1. Dismantling old unit,
    2. Conceal piping work, PVC Casing,
    3. Wall hacking / coring or any civil work,
    4. Power supply wiring, starter & switch.
  5. For any additional job on-site during installation, a separate quotation will be provided by Acson Authorizer Installer.
  6. Arrangement of installation is subject to availability.
