Shopping at Acson Online Store is faster and more convenient when you have an Acson account. Your account consists of a unique Acson ID and password. When you’re logged in, you can easily save items, take advantage of express checkout ordering (using our Buy Now feature), check the status of an order, and more.

Products sold are not returnable.
You may contact our Acson Careline or WhatsAPP Live Chat if you encounter any product’s defect or damage.

Refunds Policy

Products sold are not refundable.
You may contact our Customer Service executive if you have any feedback or complaint on our product or service.

For services it is only applicable for refund if either one of the below conditions is met:

  • Service location does not fall under the service area
  • The unit did not require cleaning but require repair instead upon the inspection (if customer agree to cancel)
  • The appointment is cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice from customer
  • Customer purchases wrong package and wish to reorder
Remark: The standard installation fee cannot be refunded separately for pre-installed or pre-existing piping at the site. It would strictly follow with the standard installation scope.
