1. Scope of Under-Warranty
   
   1. The warranty service is provided free of charge if the defective product is under warranty. Please refer warranty claim flow for any complaints, return or replacement.
   2. The product is operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
   3. The product is connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on the product).
   4. There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and/or repair done to the product by anyone other than authorized Acson service personnel.
