  1. Scope of Under-Warranty:
    1. The workmanship service is provided free of charge if the defective product is under warranty. Please refer to the warranty claim flow for any complaints, returns or replacements.
    2. The product is operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
    3. The product is connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on the product).
    4. There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and/or repair done to the product by anyone other than authorized Acson service personnel.
  2. Part replacement is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects.
  3. For over warranty, please contact Acson Careline or WhatsAPP Live Chat for further arrangement.
  4. Additional points for Aroma Diffuser (AAD13A), Aroma Diffuser Speaker (AAD20C):
    1. Warranty is void if the damage resulting from the use of synthetic or adulterated essential oil, fragrance oil, or perfume/cologne.
    2. Warranty is void if the damage resulting from the use of blends containing vegetable oil, massage oils, or any other carrier oils.
  5. Additional points for Portable Dehumidifier (APD12A), Dehumidifier (APD35B):
    1. Warranty is void if the damage resulting from placing the product at an excessive temperatures.
  6. Additional points for Air Purifier (AAP30B/C), Desktop Air Purifier (ADP10A):
    1. The filter is warranted from defects on material for a period of 6 months only.
    2. Warranty is void if the product damage is caused by the use of non-original Acson Air Purifier replacement filters, or if the filter replacement deviates from the schedule recommended by the manufacturer in the User Manual.

  1. Scope of Under-Warranty:
