- Scope of Under-Warranty:
- The workmanship service is provided free of charge if the defective product is under warranty. Please refer to the warranty claim flow for any complaints, returns or replacements.
- The product is operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
- The product is connected to a proper power supply (see voltage label on the product).
- There is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, neglect, accidental damage, modification, and/or repair done to the product by anyone other than authorized Acson service personnel.
- Part replacement is only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects.

- Additional points for Aroma Diffuser (AAD13A), Aroma Diffuser Speaker (AAD20C):
- Warranty is void if the damage resulting from the use of synthetic or adulterated essential oil, fragrance oil, or perfume/cologne.
- Warranty is void if the damage resulting from the use of blends containing vegetable oil, massage oils, or any other carrier oils.
- Additional points for Portable Dehumidifier (APD12A), Dehumidifier (APD35B):
- Warranty is void if the damage resulting from placing the product at an excessive temperatures.
- Additional points for Air Purifier (AAP30B/C), Desktop Air Purifier (ADP10A):
- The filter is warranted from defects on material for a period of 6 months only.
- Warranty is void if the product damage is caused by the use of non-original Acson Air Purifier replacement filters, or if the filter replacement deviates from the schedule recommended by the manufacturer in the User Manual.
