Cleaning Service

  1. The service is inclusive of 60 days workmanship guarantee. The workmanship guarantee only for those units having problems after servicing such as unit not cold, unit leaking, etc. The workmanship is not cover those problems caused by the component/part defect, surrounding condition, or other issues that not caused by Acson cleaning service.
  2. Additional costs may incur for out-of-scope services such as repairing (top up gas, change of defective parts and etc), wrong service package selection (example: purchased 1HP package but service unit is 2HP / purchase indoor unit only but require to service indoor + outdoor units).
  3. Reschedule of aircond cleaning service will only restrict to (one) 1 time. The rescheduled service cannot be cancelled and must be a minimum of 24 hours from the current time.
  4. Arrangement of cleaning service date/appointment is subject to service provider availability. Acson will contact for finalizing service appointment.
  5. The cleaning service are only applicable for indoor and outdoor unit installation area that are accessible.
  6. No servicing work on Sunday and Public Holiday.
