1. Acson will provide free workmanship for the replacement of faulty compressors during the first year of the warranty period. For the remaining years of the warranty period, Acson will only provide the compressor, and all replacement expenses will have to be borne by the customer. Customers have to engage Acson Authorized Dealer to provide the replacement job for the compressor.
2. Compressor within 30,000 BTU/h to 65,000 BTU/h warranty will extend to 5 years effective from 1 May 2018.
3. Compressor 65.000 BTU/h and above warranty 1 year only.
4. Warranty only 1 year when purchase only Acson indoor/outdoor & couple with Acson brand outdoor/indoor unit.
5. Warranty is void if purchase only Acson indoor/outdoor unit and couple with other brands.
6. The compressors and parts are guaranteed subject to the following conditions:
   
   1. The unit is serviced by Acson Authorized Dealer regularly during full warranty period at the customer’s cost. The customer must enclose proof of such routine servicing when lodging a claim with Acson.
   2. Provided that, all refrigerant fields piping is required to use new seamless copper pipe for air conditioner suction and discharge line according to the standard size recommended by manufacturer.
7. Under the following circumstances, compressor and parts are chargeable even during the warranty period:
   
   1. Fail to present Warranty Card at the event of claim.
   2. Serial number of the unit or compressor has been altered, tampered or removed.
   3. Unit has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instructions provided by manufacturer.
   4. Unit undergone repair or modification prior to authorization by Acson.
   5. Defects caused by abnormal voltage or the incoming power supply is from the generator.
   6. Defects caused by fire, lightning or other natural disaster which are deviated from recommended application.
   7. Defects caused by household pests such as lizard, rat, cockroach or etc.
   8. Defects caused by unit installed near to source of oil mist which may adhere to the heat exchanger and result in heat exchange reduction, water mist, spitting or etc.
   9. Defects caused by chemical reaction, excessive heat, dust, corrosive surrounding such as cement factory, animal farm or etc.
8. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by malfunction of Acson products and all other warranties implied other than those mentioned above.
9. All warranty not stated herein whether implied by law are hereby excluded.
